The summer camp of 2019 was a pleasant experience for 11 children, all members of the club Amical. We had some welcoming hosts, who offered us the B&B “Au Manoir Des Vallees”, located in the middle of nature in the Ardennes Mountains.
The children had a demanding week, each day having a 30-minute warming up morning, a physical training at lunch and a technical and tactical training in karate in the afternoon.
Throughout these days, the athletes had an optimistic and confident attitude in their strengths, proving that they can cope with difficult situations and heavy training.
It all ended with “Sayonara Party”, a party with parents and children, where music, fun and barbecue were not lacking, proving once again that “AMICAL” is not only a sports club, but also a united community in any situation.
